Cancellation Policy:

Private Lessons:

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a full charge.
Inclement weather cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded.

Group Lessons:

48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a full charge.
Inclement weather cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued for unused prepaid packages, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Refunds will not be issued for individual lessons or class sessions, unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule lessons.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit or refund.

Other Policies:

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled lesson. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson.

Court Etiquette: Please adhere to court etiquette, including proper attire and behavior.

Equipment: Players are responsible for bringing their own rackets and tennis balls.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of each month for monthly packages.
